Our Renovation and First-Time Clean is designed for homes and spaces that require a detailed, intensive clean following renovations, construction work, or before starting regular cleaning services. This service focuses on removing dust, residue, and build-up to create a fresh, liveable environment.

What’s included:

• Removal of construction and renovation dust from all accessible surfaces

• Detailed dusting of walls fixtures, skirting boards, and window sills

• Cleaning of doors, door frames, and light switches

• Deep cleaning of kitchens, including benchtops, splashbacks, appliance exteriors, and range hood

• Thorough cleaning and sanitising of bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and taps

• Vacuuming of carpets and rugs

• Mopping of hard floors

• Extra attention to high-touch and problem areas

Please note:
This service does not include wall or ceiling washing unless arranged in advance. Paint splatter, cement residue, silicone, and other permanent construction materials may require specialised treatment and are not always removable. Areas must be safely accessible at the time of service.
